Description: Cognac Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout This version of Black Tuesday spent 18 months developing in choice cognac barrels— a rare find, so of course, we had to do something special with them. Pouring a dark black with an almost purple-ish hue, the nose is greeted with aromas of grape and hints of candied fruit. The palate is unmistakably Black Tuesday, with bold notes of dark fruits, rich chocolate, and crème brûlée that are complemented by notes of savory caramel, vanilla, and honey from the barrel.
