Alongside our friends at ANXO Cider, we got inspired by the graf (beer-cider hybrid) trend and past apple-y favorites like Anxoreux. The result: a wheatwine ale cofermented with Michigan-grown Northern Spy Apples, resulting in a sweet, crisp, ever-so-slightly tart base flavor. We then aged it in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for added depth and complexity.
