Description: In this confounding, wine-like / sour ale hybrid, we stomped whole cluster grenache grapes from Santa Barbara Highlands Vineyard and combined them with our sour blonde wort, undergoing fermentation from the native microflora of the grapes and the house culture in our oak puncheons. After removing and pressing the fermented must by hand, it was reunited with the remaining volume and transferred to French oak barrels for extended aging.
