Description: A very special beer. A European style Lager brewed with Alberta 2-Row, Flaked Rye, Wheat Malt and Munich Malt, Wet Hopped with freshly picked Alberta Willamette hops, dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and fermented with Lager yeast and conditioned on Brettanomyces Bruxellensis for three months. Funky notes of barnyard and leather are complimented by a strong malt background, straw, stone fruit, banana and mint.
