Description: We took the BRB Blonde Ale base recipe and fermented it with our wild yeast from right here on the farm. We added 250 lbs of tart cherries to secondary that which gives it a nice pinkish/red hue and a slight tart finish. The wild yeast gives off a very fruity aroma. A nice refreshing beer on a hot summer day!
