Description: The traditional first anniversary gift is something made of paper. Taking inspiration from one of our tasting room manager’s favorite songs, we present Paper Planes. In year one we produced a variety of German styles, but with this bock we threw the Reinheitsgebot out the window and added the very non-traditional ingredient, wild rice. We look forward to continuing to blend the traditional with non-traditional in the forthcoming years.
