You just hear the mad laughter and sit watching both terrified and in awe what’s next. Well, here it is. Another flower power sour. This time brewed with pilsner and wheat malt and real apple juice in the kettle to create a cousin of farmhouse ciders. Big Bold has then been matured on delicate orange Marigold flowers with French oak chips. An extra dry hopping with Nelson Sauvin hops creates even more subtle fruit flavours. If all this sounds weirdly wonderful, that’s because it is. Subtle. Fruity. Refreshing. Mad.
