Description: We took our base Pi Berliner Weisse and added some color and flavor in the form of black currants, tart cherries, and sweet cherries, to really bump it up a notch. The acidity of the beer is both complemented and contrasted by the sweet and tart flavors of the cherries and currants, which were added at a rate of just over 2 lbs per gallon.
