Description: Bushel Basket India Pale Ale is our second release. We use hops from our farm as well as malted grains from Chilton, Wisconsin. This beer is a little heavier at 7.3% ABV, has a lot more hops added as well. Most of the hops are added at the end of the boil, or dry hopped, so that we are left with very little bitterness but a hop-load of flavor from the Cascade, Nugget, Columbus and Willamette Hops!
