Description: This full-bodied, dark, and smooth lager was invented in the German Town of Einbeck in the early 17th century. Due to the region's thick Bavarian accents, the town’s name was often mispronounced as ”Ein Bock" (or “billy goat”); Eventually becoming known simply as “Bock.” Brewed from a blend of Munich, Pilsner, NYS Pale, and Roasted Specialty Malts, our Borough Bock is lightly hopped with a healthy dose of Magnum Hops. However it’s defining taste comes from its European Lager Yeast and months of cold conditioning. Rich and beautiful in color and smooth to the finish, this brew is sure to be a favorite.
