Description: It's finally here -- the first Oozlefinch barrel-aged sour! Dr. Rendezvous is a Brewmaster's blend of imperial saison aged in local select Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc barrels. Lemony esters from a warm fermentation are complemented by white wine aromatics and oaky tannins. Strong acidity from our aggressive house culture subs in for bitterness to balance the sweet malt and accentuates the grassy and citrusy notes. A sneaky 8.2% alcohol, this 100 day old sour ale is refreshing enough to quaff but complex enough to sip and savor. Welcome to the new side of Oozlefinch!
