Description: Craft brewers have been working so hard against the notion of domestic pilsners defining them as flavorless, mass produced trash. I think domestic pilsners can be great. All we have to do is make them that way. For our redefining of this much maligned style, selected the finest American two row barley malt for the base of this beer which is fermented with a hard-working lager yeast strain borrowed from our neighbors to the south. With each release, we will feature a rotating cast of distinctly and uniquely American hops. Delicate in its balance of flavors, bold in its message. This is American beer. This is Domestic Pils.
