Description: Dark Sour Beer Aged in Bourbon Barrels and Rye Whiskey Barrels with Raspberry This unique version of Ensorcelled has been in progress for quite some time and exemplifies the impact oak barrels can have on a beer. Double Barrel-Aged Ensorcelled was first extensively aged in freshly emptied Bourbon barrels before being transferred to Rye Whiskey barrels for further flavor development. In total, the beer spent a cumulative 26 months in oak, producing our most complex iteration of Ensorcelled to date. With notes of dark cherry, cacao nibs, maple syrup, and vanilla, Double Barrel Ensorcelled exudes decadence.
