Brewed in January of 2018 with NJ blueberry honey added to the coolship, this beer fermented spontaneously in oak. After 30 months, this beer refermented with fresh NJ blueberries before a final refermentation in the bottle with more NJ blueberry honey. Bottled Jul. 28, 2020
