Description: Henry Ded Mon is our collab with our good buddy Mikkel Borg Bjergsø from Mikkeller HQ. Clocking in at 11%, Henry Ded Mon is a Quintuple dry-hopped Triple IPA. We completely bombed this one out with hops at almost 15lbs/bbl. We used excessive/disrespectful amounts of Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, Amarillo, Vic Secret, Motueka, and Kohatu. It’s seriously smells and tastes like tropical fruit juice with virtually zero alcohol presence.
