Description: This particular blend labeled Exhibit B clocks in at 14% and features a blend of 2x barrels of Kentucky Reserve Pallbearer(imperial stout aged in Kentucky Bourbon barrels for 24 months) and 1x barrel of Sleeping Forever aged in a maple bourbon barrel from BLiS for 8 months. We then conditioned the blend on Madagascar vanilla beans at a rate of 1.5lbs/bbl. STARVE is our series of blended imperial stouts and/or barleywines aged in spirit barrels for various lengths of times to create a complex, one-off, incredible final blend. Sometimes they might be smaller blends, or experimentation with adjuncts, but this series will primarily showcase blended, barrel aged imperial stouts and/or barleywines. Each version will be labeled as an Exhibit “blank”.
