Description: They Know Not is our Flanders Style Red Ale aged in red wine barrels. It was actually batch #29 at The Veil, brewed in May 2016 just after we opened. It was finally bottled in late 2017, and has conditioned in the bottle until now. That’s 19 months in barrels, and a year in the bottle! Caramel, raisin, malt, acid, funk, very pleasant oak, and elegant acidity.
