Description: A **** Ton of Blueberries + Wild Yeasts + Bay Leaves We collaborate to learn, experiment and enjoy. With this beer we have explored new ideas, techniques, ingredients, combinations and processes. This is the 3rd Beavertown and Wild Beer Co collaboration, it's an opportunity to push our boundaries and last year we asked ourselves some serious questions, like... Have you ever wondered what a tone of raspberries might taste like in a beer? Rubus Maximus was the answer! This year it's a study of Blueberry. We have made a base beer containing split and buckwheat and infused with bay leaves to give some gentle spice, the beer has been fermented with the Wild Beer Co's own strain of wild yeasts. After fermentation we have added more than a ton of blueberries. A truly special beer, delightfully tar and fruity, a creation of that only comes about through the spirit of collaboration.
