Unlike this crisp orange colored American style pale ale and its light white head. Using all New Zealand ingredients, Canterbury Malts balance the Nelson hops dissolved in delicious Waikato water, there’s nothing particularly American about this. A strong Grapefruit punch Brooklyn blends with stone-fruit characters from Rakau and a dash of tropical fruits from Kohatu. You could call an Aoteroa Pale Ale, but that story was more about lizards than pigs.
