Description: Fermented #19 is an IPA featuring Galaxy, Ella, and El Dorado hops and is fermented with Kveik yeast - a unique family of yeast native to Norwegian farmhouse beers. Kveik yeast is extremely heat tolerant and this batch was fermented in the mid 90s(!), resulting in a beautiful IPA with notes of pineapple, papaya, mango, bubblegum, and tangerine.
