Description: Handbier is our newest Crushable IPA. Brewed with crispy German Pilsner malt, wheat, malted oats, and fresh lemon juice. Fermented with a new blend of yeasts including one of our favorite Kölsch strains. Hopped and dry hopped rotationally and intensely with Motueka, Melba, and Simcoe. That's right... we intend to brew Handbier a bunch and maybe switch up the hops every once in a while based on what we think will make it a more refined and snappy juicy little number. Who knows though?!? This iteration of Handbier is oozing with notes of lychee, lemon-lime, green grass, and bright snappy berries.
