Description: A German IPA brewed with a base of German Pilsner malt and pale wheat malt and hopped in the kettle with a delightful Hüll Melon. Fermented cool with our house ale yeast in a horizontal tank, and dry hopped with Spalt Select, a bit of Simcoe, and some wet Hallertau Blanc that was preserved in its fresh state by our friends in Hallertau through a proprietary process.
