Description: IOUNNO2 was brewed with an ENORMOUS grist composed of American two row barley, flaked oats, and a dizzying assortment of dark specialty malts, and dosed with a touch of lactose sugar. Once this sucker was finished fermenting, we conditioned it on organic raw coconut, Ceylon cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla beans, and blended back with a portion of mature Stout from our cellar that we've had aging for well over a year in some very fine whiskey barrels we were lucky enough to procure. 12.5% ABV.
