Description: The second hop under the spotlight in our brand new series is Nelson Sauvin. A beautifully balanced hop which adds a huge breadth of aroma and flavour to any beer or all on its own as it is in this wonderfully aromatic IPA. A simple grain bill of pilsner malt, oats and wheat with 21 g/L of Nelson on the dry hop. Enticing aromas of honeysuckle, apple pie crust and pink grapefruit follow through on the palate with the addition of ripe gooseberry, medium-dry Riesling and honeydew. Delicate bitterness leads into a melody of lime marmalade and bassy, mellow nectarine.
