Description: Old Hat is our American Amber Lager. Brewed with a complex assortment of malts to impart a rich base and hopped gently with Cascade hops, it is a modern and bright expression of this widely admired style. Following primary fermentation with our American lager yeast, we allow Old Hat to condition for almost eight weeks in horizontal stainless to brilliant clarity. Pouring a deep amber color in the glass, it carries caramel-like malt notes with hints of honey and biscuit offset by a gentle citrusy hop character. It's a marvelous little beer that brings us great joy to make.
