Following primary fermentation, we steep our Helles on a gentle dose of carefully selected Callista hops in an effort to bring vibrant hop notes to the forefront of your palate. Pouring a brilliantly deep yellow color in the glass, it presents ephemeral notes of red grapefruit, raspberry, and spicy noble hop backed by a gently sweet malt character and tight carbonation. It is absolutely delicious and delightfully unique—enjoy!
