Barrel-Aged Adjunction Junction is packed with a massive amount of coffee, almond, vanilla, coconut, pecan and macadamia all working harmoniously together in one decadent package. A year's rest in bourbon barrels adds a layer of complexity to an absolutely decadent base recipe. Pouring an opaque jet-black color with a mocha soaked dense foam cap, this thick and silky Imperial Stout boasts mouthwatering aromas reminiscent of bourbon-soaked brownie batter. Well integrated notes of fresh-ground dark roast coffee, coconut milk, smooth vanilla, and mixed nuts wash over the palate in waves. Incredibly thick and silky, with a gentle warming character, Barrel-Aged Adjunction Junction is the ideal slow-sipper on a crisp Fall evening.
