The nostalgic thrill of warm-weather fun, reimagined in one of our favorite styles. The number of Seesaws dictates once, twice, or three times the fruit added. Tropical fruit is the name of the game this time around, with a double dose of guava, passion fruit, mango and pineapple headlining our recipe. The beer takes on a light orange hue with a touch of haze, and the featured fruits dominate aroma as soon as it hits the glass. Citrus zest joins the flavor profile and balances the juicy depth of the sweeter additions. Taste is largely reflective of aroma, with tart and refreshing guava notes taking the lead. A medium level of sour is highlighted by bursting notes of lime and passion fruit, balancing out this lush and easy-drinking gose.
