Plum takes the lead in this recipe, from the dark purple hue, on through aroma and flavor. It's accompanied on the nose by a huge burst of fresh peach and ripe berries, showcasing the double dose of fruit. On the palate, stonefruit character is complemented by notes of tart citrus and blueberries.
