Description: Our formidable 100% kettle and dry hopped Mosaic DIPA, fermented with our house ale strain, and a serious amount of various forms of white wheat, makes its return today. While we don’t brew this beer with a high degree of frequency throughout the year, we wake it.. when we need it. This is one of our first examples of a single hopped DIPA with a relatively new at the time, incredibly characterful hop cultivar that continues to be able to stand on its own. As of the last couple years, our ability to select our lots of Mosaic, has made brewing this beer even more special. This one opens with zesty white grapefruit, Dole orange juice, fresh spruce, and melon like vanilla cream, all culminating into our forever softer stone fruit laden finish.
