Description: Our latest Deep Dark Woods Blend arrives and features second use Vanilla beans from our beloved Winter Jetlag, and in house processed Counter Culture Coffee. After 16 months of lying in wait in some highly sought after Bardstown KY based bourbon barrels, our purpose built barrel aged stout blend was then conditioned on Jetlag’s vanilla beans in an effort to coax out vanilla character to enhance the coffee, without it being the entire focal point of the blend. We taste notes of dark chocolate, fresh Cafecito espresso, marshmallow like vanilla, devil’s food cake, sweet wheated bourbon, and burnt brown sugar. Velvety and inviting, cohesive and comforting for the deep dark days of Winter... 12% ABV and on for onsite tasting 4oz pours and 500ml bottles. Also available is our Deep Dark Woods 12oz snifter, perfect for the entire lineup of Deep Dark and Jetlag beers.
