Description: We went back and forth on process and ingredients and this beer will show that. The group decided to split the malt bill from our house malt and Foam’s supplier Peterson Quality Malt out of Vermont. To further integrate this collab we will be doing 50/50 split of our Triple Crossing house yeast and Foam Brewers House yeast. This DIPA was aggressively hopped with Citra and Galaxy to round it out. Notes of soft pillowy peach and candied orange gummy rings.
