Description: This delightful beer style features plenty of roasty, dark malt characters like coffee and chocolate. The addition of Lactose gives it a creamy, full bodied mouthfeel, with a slightly sweet finish. The beer was then aged in several freshly emptied barrels from the Woodford Reserve Bourbon distillery. There it sat, until the beer had taken up the delicious, spicy, vanilla character. The effect is intensely bourbon without the heat of the spirit, coupled with a sweet, roasty, toasted coconut background.
