Description: An intricately hopped India Pale Lager brewed with complexity and drinkability in mind. Our brewers sought to design a well nuanced beer that displays layers of juicy hop aromas and flavors and clean malt character. Fermented at cool temperatures, the late additions of Amarillo and El Dorado hops display brilliance and support subtle usage of malted rye and light Munich malt. Dry-hopped with a blend of Australian Galaxy and El Dorado, the finished beer is dripping with aromas of fresh grass, melon, strawberry, and orange-creamsicle. A soft, but firm bitterness highlights the spicy rye notes and clean fermentation profile.
