Description: This Beer is a malty treat. We started with 2 row malt and added an array of lightly kiln-dried crystal malts, thus providing a roast backbone with a touch of carmel. We hoped this guy up with East Kent Goldings, providing slight floral hop character. Finally we added brown sugar at the end of the boil to boost ABV a little bit and help provide the sweet and slightly dry finish to this Brown Sugar Amber Ale.
