Description: South German Weizens are great summer beers and as I'm from Southern Germany, no wonder that I simply had to brew this style. But!!!! This is not Germany, so why shouldn't I give a twist to this style by using an Australian Yeast string, still offering the typical aroma's but adding a subtle twist that differentiates this beer from its German cousins :-)
