Description: Sharp as blade of katana ginger. White as face of a beauty rice. Light as spring breeze touch of hops. All of them has been tied together as ancient scroll guarded by fire-breathing dragons commands. Well, ok, there were no dragons, the scroll is not that ancient, but we even haven’t released this oriental ale for a sakura-bloom season. It would be too much of a cliche, and we definitely don’t want that. It’s light, crisp, somewhat reserved, and mysterious as all Eastern cultures. Bronze at International Beer Challenge 2018
