Description: NEIGE NOIR will satisfy the connoisseurs of La Face Cachée de la Pomme. Offered in a 2,178-bottle limited edition, this exclusive Québec amber is derived in part from pressed apples from the 2008 autumn harvest and a portion of reserved must from the 2010 winter harvest, to which we added our own apple brandy. The nectar was then transferred to oak barrels where it was aged nearly 4 years before being bottled. This vintage of autumn and winter harvest Neige Noir is unique. Can you keep the secret?
