Light and spritzy, Wits combine the sweetness of wheat with a balanced spice profile and lively carbonation. Our version of this classic style is light and refreshing with a subtle spice aroma. As a nod to the heritage of the area in which we live, we have added cardamom, a spice used frequently in Scandanavian cuisine, to the traditional orange and coriander. The result is an effervescent and slightly exotic beer which may have you dancing like the lights of the aurora by the end of the night.
