Description: Sweet caramel flavour of traditional Bock Beer with a little black malt thrown in for colour. High percentages of caramel & Munich malts build up a strong malt base in which we added some Midnight wheat malt. Midnight wheat is kilned dark, but not with the associated coffee or chocolate flavours of usual roasted malt.
