Saison 42 is a French style, mostly harmless farmhouse ale, orange in colour and hopped with Bobec. Dry and refreshing and a great match to many foods. If you are new to this style you might say that it is almost, but not quite, entirely unlike beer. You would be wrong, this is the style that traditionally was brewed by farmers during the winter to be enjoyed in the summer after those long hard days of work. Best served cold on a hot sunny day.
