Description: WARNING: THIS BEER CONTAINS UNFERMENTED FRUIT AND MUST BE KEPT COLD AT ALL TIMES OR REFERMENTATION MAY OCCUR IN THE CAN! Brambleberry Sour is by far our most ambitious kettle sour yet! Inspired by breweries who are pushing the boundaries of fruit additions, such as The Veil, The Answer, and The Bruery, we decided to brew our own take on a smoothie/posicle-style sour. For Brambleberry Sour We blended over 1,500 lbs of whole raspberries (you should see the size of our immersion blender), which were added directly to the fermenter near the end of fermentation, then we added nearly 1,000 lbs of blackberry puree directly to the brite tank! The result is a beer that could replace your morning fruit smoothie ;)
