Description: Coconut Medianoche starts with a carefully selected blend of Medianoche batches aged for 21 months in 6-12 year Heaven Hill® bourbon barrels. After barrel aging, the beer was conditioned on more than 3 lbs per gallon of toasted coconut flakes and raw coconut chips, with the sweet coconut providing a perfect complement to the dark chocolate, brownie batter, and brown sugar notes contributed by the barrels.
