Description: After aging for 24 months in freshly emptied 4-7 year-old bourbon barrels, this special batch of Medianoche received a doppio infusion of two incredibly rare and highly sought-after coffees from our friends at Mostra-- Geisha & Jamaican Blue Mountain. The Geisha beans, sourced from Bambito Estate near Volcan Baru in Panama, lend notes of bakers chocolate, marzipan, and a hint of raspberry, while the Jamaican Blue Mountain beans, sourced from Mavis Bank in Jamaica, impart notes of creamy milk chocolate, almond, and sweet orange peel. Finally, we conditioned the beer with Ugandan vanilla beans to marry the complexity of the coffee with the boldness of the barrels.
