Description: Fruity Bits Lemon Meringue opens with bright, juicy, sweet lemons and lemons and lemon zest and finishes with sweet, creamy, vanilla and just enough hop bitterness for balance. Brewed with over 5 lbs per barrel of Citra and Lemondrop hops, we added lemon purée, lemon zest and sweet Meyer lemon concentrate to complement the citrus character of the Lemondrop hops. We accentuated the soft, creamy mouthfeel characteristic of a New England-style IPA with lactose, oat milk and vanilla beans to mimic the flavor and texture of lemon custard and meringue, leaving you wondering if you’re drinking an IPA or eating dessert. Why can’t it be both?
