Description: Tiramisu Blonde Stout is the next entry in our #pastrystout series, featuring beer iterations of our favorite pastries and desserts. For TBS, our top priority was featuring the rich, creamy custard character of Tiramisu but since we haven’t figured out how to use eggs in beer (yet), we did what any good baker would do and found a suitable substitute by adding lactose and condensed milk. Then we added cocoa powder and a custom Espresso roast coffee blend from our friends at Zoe's to give the beer just a subtle hint of espresso and cocoa. The result is a rich, sweet, creamy and complex dessert beer that would even make our Nonna proud.
