Description: This beer is a blend of three of our most unique 12, 14- and 20- month old golden sour ales aged in fresh red wine barrels from California’s Central Coast. This stock is racked onto 800 pounds of Balaton cherries (5 pounds per gallon), where it was left to rest and referment for 4 additional months. We then bottle condition for 20 weeks after packaging. Cherry aroma and flavor explode in front of nuanced almond, funk and delicate acidity while balanced by a light tannic structure from oak and cherry skin. I’m back.
