Description: This remarkable creation is the result of months of planning, patience and experimentation. We started with 50 lbs of pumpkin in our mash and added River Bend pilsner malt, which was smoked by 12 Bones Smokehouse. But we still weren’t satisfied. So we rolled out some rum barrels to age this special fall treat. Smoke forward in front, followed by a rum-sweet body, it finishes as dry and crisp as a fall afternoon.
