Description: Western North Carolina is our home, and we wanted to pay homage to these beautiful mountains by crafting a grain wine fermented with over a half-pound per gallon of native Muscadine Grapes. We artfully aged the beer 6 months in wine barrels, fusing the fruity character of Brettanomyces with the grape-notes of a Riesling.
