I am looking forward to a future taco-Mexican lager collabo. Biere de Bamboo is a–you guessed it–biere de garde style with a French strong pale ale inspiration, and you can find it on tap at Bamboo Sushi. It was crafted specifically for Bamboo Sushi and will be on the restaurant’s menu in very limited quantities starting this week. More from the press release: Biere de Bambou is a brilliant orange color and features a flavor profile of bread, ripe melon, strawberries, and hints of spice. A mild but enticing bitterness complements the full flavor maltiness.
